Please Note: Due to impact of the COVID-19, our warehouse and express center are seeing unusually high demand, delivery times are longer than usual. 

How much will delivery cost?


For orders valued more than $98, ZHIYUN Store offers free shipping. For orders valued less than $98, ZHIYUN Store charges $10 on shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse orders of high risk of fraud or negotiate remote area delivery fees.

When will I receive my order?

Each product has an indication of how long it takes to be dispatched when customers are checking out. Dispatch times indicated are subject to change.

Deliveries are only made on working days, not weekends.


Delivery Times 

• All deliveries are door to door
• Standard delivery 3-7 working days
• Delivery at current stage may take 5-10 working days longer than usual
• Transit times do not include Public Holidays

The following rules will apply for delivery of larger items to customers:

• The customer will be contacted prior to delivery by carrier to arrange a suitable delivery day. An approximate time frame can be given, however the delivery time could be impacted by influences outside the carriers control e.g. unscheduled delays, traffic issues.

What should I do if I need my order by a certain date?

If you need your order to arrive by a certain date you should contact our customer service team via store1@zhiyun-tech.com so they can confirm that the product(s) will be sent in time to meet your deadline.

Where is my order? Can I track my order?

If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contained a tracking number for each product in your order. If you had multiple products in your order you may have received multiple tracking numbers. 


Why have I only received part of my order? Some products are missing from my order, where are the other products I ordered?

If you have more than one product in your order, you may receive the different products at different times if they are sourced from different locations. There is no extra delivery charge for different items being delivered at different times. Each product in your order has a tracking number against it. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not cover every country internationally at present. However, we ship to the following areas and countries as below:

US, majority Asian countries, majority European countries, middle east
